Retainer Policy

All sessions require a 50% non-refundable retainer to schedule.

All events require a 25% non-refundable retainer at booking.

This will be applied to your total balance.

In the event of a cancellation, the retainer will be forfeited. Thank you for your anticipated understanding.

Cancellation/Late Policy

If you are unable to arrive on time for your session, please reschedule. There will be a $25 reschedule fee applied if it is within the 24 hour mark of your session. Please understand that my time is valuable. I do understand life is hectic sometimes and things happen unexpectedly - I allow a 15 minute grace period for this reason. However, that 15 minutes will be considered part of your allotted time frame. After that grace period is up, I will no longer be available for your session on that date. If your session is forfeited, the retainer is as well.
